support desk for general users is aimed at keeping users of desk and
lap top computers operational and effective, in or out of the office.
The staff are trained to handle connectivity and internet problems, MS
Office products and outlook. The service is not a replacement for
training but it will support staff through unaccustomed or rarely used
procedures.
