Server performance is actively managed using performance monitoring tools. Our experienced engineers make daily maintenance checks to apply routine security and anti-virus patches, 24 x 7.

 

The performance of each server is recorded and reported with graphs every quarter in our full service review report. Our service level agreement guarantees server up-time of 99.95% over a rolling quarter.
