The eLogistics® quality programme underpins everything we do and everything we deliver. In simple terms, the quality programme is designed to ensure that there are no surprises in dealing with us, or buying our products and services.

We strive to achieve this through consistent methodology, consistent documentation and consistent testing. Each of our development facilities and partners work to the same process and have internationally recognised certification to show that they have, both, reached and maintain those standards. The recognised certifications for our partners are ISO9002, CMM level 4 and CMMi level 5.

The eLogistics® documentation standards ensure that the form and content for each of, planning, control and service, are consistent throughout our projects. For design, this means that there are rules and methods for the form and content of the service specified to be translated into documented software design used for development. During development, the design specification is used along with a specified code language and restrictions to define legal language structures, style conventions, rules for data structures and interfaces, and internal code documentation. The result is a defined plan, with on-time delivery of the expected product.
